Cardboard layer pads are a versatile packaging solution.
- As stiffeners for textiles, photos, or paperwork
- To separate layers of fragile items and prevent rattling.
- Fo even weight distribution — especially for bottles or cans.
- As a protection at the top of boxes to prevent product damage when opening the box
Available in stock premade in A1 through A5 sizes in various cardboard weights and thicknesses. We can also make custom cardboard pads to suit your needs.

Cardboard Pads A5 (210 x 148mm) (3)
Often used as stiffeners for shipping of photos, paperwork and textiles. As the thickness of the stock increases so will the strength. Please note: The corrugations run the 210mm length. Available in 2mm and 3mm thick stock. -
A4 Cardboard Pads (297 x 210) (5)
A4 Cardboard Pads. Often used as stiffeners for shipping of photos, paperwork and textiles. As the thickness of the stock increases so will the strength. PLEASE NOTE: The corrugations run the 297mm length. Available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 7mm thick Stock. -
A3 Cardboard Pads (420 x 297) (5)
A3 cardboard pads are ideal as product stiffeners or for cushioning between product layers. Please note: The corrugations run the 420 mm length. Available in 2mm, 3mm 4mm and 7mm thick stock. -
Cardboard Pads A2 (584 X 420mm) (5)
A2 Size Corrugated Cardboard Pads. Please note: the corrugations run the 297mm length. Available in 2mm, 3mm 4mm and 7mm thick Stock. White brown and black available (but not in all thicknesses). Often used as stiffeners for shipping of photos, paperwork and textiles. As the thickness of the stock increases so will the strength. 4mm thick stock often provides similar strength / rigidity to solid board at a much lower cost. -
