Heavy Duty - Pallet Boxes

Pallet Boxes, also known as “bulk bins” offer affordable shipping and storage for larger consignments. Providing you use a quality pallet underneath these will take a great deal of weight.
NOTE:  featuring excellent vertical strength – if your packing requires burst strength – have a chat with us about your requirement prior to purchase.

Our pallet boxes feature a 4 piece construction

Two matching self folding/locking “lids and trays”
Set of two matching side walls
Side walls feature an overlap which sits on the outside of the main wall to give burst strength.
NOTE: pallets not supplied with the pallet boxes)

Made in “heavy duty” twin cushion, 7mm thick kraft cardboard. Kraft cardboard will resist moisture and light rain and once dry will return to similar strength.

We generally hold stock of 495, 595,  745 and 990mm high sets in both full and half widths.
