Can I get a custom box made to order?
Absolutely — custom boxes are our core business. Whether you need a one-off box for artwork, machinery, or electronics, or a small production run of a specific design, we’re set up to handle it. Lead time is 3–7 working days depending on the order.
Our Box Builder is the fastest way to get your custom box priced and ordered. Not sure which style suits your product? The built-in style advisor asks a few quick questions about what you’re packing and recommends the best box design. Already know what you need? Jump straight in — choose your style, punch in your dimensions, pick your board grade, add artwork if you want it, and watch the price update live as you go. No emails, no waiting, no minimum order surprises.
Can I pick my order up in store?
Yes — save on delivery charges and collect directly from our warehouse at Unit 6/497 Abernethy Road, Kewdale.
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm.
When placing your order online, select Click and Collect (Kewdale WA) at the cart when calculating freight.
How long should it take to prepare my order?
Lead times depend on the product type, and are always shown upfront so there are no surprises:
Stock products — lead time to dispatch is shown on the product page.
Made to order products — lead time to dispatch is shown on the product page.
Custom boxes — lead time to dispatch is shown alongside your pricing in the Box Builder.
At the cart, you’ll see both the dispatch timeframe and estimated arrival date before you complete your order.
What are the lead times for interstate shipping?
Interstate freight departs Perth on Tuesdays and Fridays. Estimated transit times once dispatched are:
Adelaide — 2 days
Melbourne — 4 days
Sydney — 4 days
Brisbane — 5 days
Hobart — 5 days
Darwin — 6–7 days
These timeframes are based on our third-party carrier’s standard schedules and while we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, the majority of orders arrive within the timeframes listed. Regional and remote areas outside these capital city metros will take longer — please factor this in when ordering.
